Featured Artist Catalina Hill

A designer, facilitator, and art mentor, Catalina Hill is committed to the mural arts process because it creates involvement and excitement within the community. The art be-
comes a shared expression of motivation and hope that strengthens communities.

"As a second generation Chicana, I was born into a familyof migrant farm workers. At 13 years of age, I was opened up by finding the window of art, and inside that window was endless space. A world had opened up that I finally fit into through my art."
